Seller Guide: Goods In - Warehouse Management

This guide explains how to manage goods received into the warehouse using the "Goods In" page. The functionality is divided into handling serialized and non-serialized products, providing clear oversight of inventory.
Overview of the "Goods In" Page
Key Sections:
- Company: Displays the default company name (e.g., "Hygiene 100 GmbH"). This field is pre-filled and cannot be modified.
- Warehouses: Shows the associated warehouse name where the goods are being managed. Select the warehouse from the dropdown if multiple warehouses are available.
- Scan: A field to scan or input SKU details for tracking incoming goods.
- Non-Serialized Products: A table listing non-serialized products currently in the warehouse.
- Serialized Products: A table listing serialized products currently in the warehouse.
Steps to Use the "Goods In" Page
Step 1: Confirm Company and Warehouse
- Verify that the Company name is correct. It is automatically set based on your account.
- Ensure the correct Warehouse is selected from the dropdown list.
Step 2: Scan Incoming Goods
- Use the Scan field to input or scan the SKU of the incoming product.
- The platform will validate the SKU and update the respective table (Non-Serialized or Serialized) with the product details.
Step 3: Manage Non-Serialized Products
- Locate the Non-Serialized Products table, which lists products without unique serial numbers.
- Key columns in the table:
- SKU: The stock keeping unit identifier.
- Qty: The total quantity of the product.
- Warehouse: Indicates the warehouse where the goods are stored.
Step 4: Manage Serialized Products
- Locate the Serialized Products table, which lists products with unique serial numbers.
- Key columns in the table:
- SKU: The stock keeping unit identifier.
- Qty: The total quantity of the serialized product.
