Email Logs Page: Overview
Category : General Configurations
The Email Logs page is your centralized record of all outgoing emails to customers. Whenever an order update or notification is sent, a log entry is created here. As a seller, you can:
- Verify Delivery: Check if the customer received an email (or see if it’s pending/failed).
- View Email Details: Review the email subject and the address to which it was sent.
- Filter and Search: Narrow down results by email address, subject, or status.
This helps you quickly troubleshoot any issues related to customer communications.
Key Elements on the Page
- Per Page:
- Select how many records you want to view on one screen (e.g., 10, 20, 50).
- Email:
- A filter field where you can type the recipient’s email address.
- Helpful if you want to find all emails sent to a specific customer.
- Subject:
- A filter for the email’s subject line (e.g., “Your Order is on the Way”).
- Status:
- A dropdown to filter emails based on their sending status (e.g., Delivered, Bounced, Pending).
- Reset:
- Clears all applied filters and shows the full log list again.
- Submit/Search:
- Click to apply your filters and see relevant email log entries.
Email Log Entries
- S. NO: Serial number that organizes the list.
